Return Conditions To qualify for a return:

• The primary unit must be returned in its original product packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

• Use a traceable shipping method with a valid tracking number.

• Include the purchase receipt or other proof of the original purchase date.

Shipping Costs

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Onyx Medical Groups will cover shipping costs for replacement items or refunds if applicable.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account or bank account as designated.

• If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Replacement or Refund Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product’s delivery and first use.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories.

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective machine returns. This fee covers shipping and administrative costs.
